Rules for library use:

1. Borrowers must be members of NEBCA.
2. Requests can be made by email or by regular mail.
3. Payment for a video may be included when the video is returned.
4. Books are lent free of charge for four weeks.
5. Videos are $4.00 each. They are lent out for two weeks per single video and three weeks for sets..
6. Borrower is responsible for return mail.
7. Only one book or video (or set of videos) sent out to a member at one time.
